Anna Marie Ricciardi (Senior Marketing Specialist, Skoda Minotti) and Luke Andrews (Creative Director, Leapwise Media) will discuss best practices, tips and tricks and case studies to demonstrate techniques for building relationships with online donors.

Ron Cass (founder and CEO of Big River) will examine how to apply ecommerce best practices to donor transactions to ensure optimal conversion of engaged online visitors to organization supporters.

Brandon R. Miller, CPA (Principal & Director – HW Nonprofit Advisors) will discuss the accounting for donor restrictions, why development professionals should be concerned, and necessary internal controls when receiving contributions – both on and offline.

 

VALUE-BASED INVESTING (1:00 – 2:00)

Jeremy T. Floberg (Vice President Trust & Estate Specialist) will present Attracting High Net Worth Donors Through Understanding Proper Trust Strategies and Jeffery Leaf (Portfolio Manager, Chartered Financial Analyst®) will discuss how to grow your donations with investments in keeping with the values of your organization and how investment strategy can be communicated to constituents to demonstrate organizational adherence to stated values at all levels of operations.

 

COMPLETING THE CYCLE (2:00-2:45)

Tim McCormick (President of AFP Cleveland  and nonprofit consultant) will offer advice regarding how to measure impact, how to communicate that impact back to donors, and how to communicate to constituents future goals and the strategies to be employed to reach them.
