Founded in 2010, Big River is a leading eCommerce giving platform for nonprofit organizations of all types and sizes looking to grow their fundraising efforts. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, our team uses its years of experience in nonprofit development, technology, and other fields to help nonprofit organizations increase online giving.

Through our state-of-the-art eCommerce platform, nonprofits receive the tools and insights they need to put the right appeal in front of the right donor at the right time. From annual campaigns and membership drives to crowdfunding and peer-to-peer fundraising efforts, the options and flexibility available ensures fundraising and development teams secure the funding they need while supporting the strategic giving preferences of today’s donors.

How Big River is Different from Other Nonprofit Fundraising Platforms

Whereas other online giving platforms only offer a singular fundraising model with little to no customization, Big River takes a completely different approach. We know that every nonprofit organization is different and has unique goals, which is why we provide a flexible online giving platform that supports your fundraising efforts.

Whether you’re looking to build your membership or gain funding for a specific project or campaign, Big River provides the customization you need to make your appeal and communicate its impact to current and potential donors — while prioritizing certain campaigns over others to achieve your goals.

We also understand that you have a mission that you and your donors care about, which is why our pricing is often less than other leading fundraising platforms and tools. With Big River, you can spend more time carrying out your fundraising efforts and less time worrying about the administrative costs of the fundraising process.
